As I have mentioned in the classes, I wanted to keep everyone up to date with the upcoming events for Underground Cycling.
KICKBOXING has been added to the website and the schedule has been added to Signup Genius as follows:
Friday 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Due to ongoing limited participation of the Monday 5:45-6:45 p.m. TRX class, I have decided to cancel it.
Looking to get together with all of your Underground friends outside of the gym? We are going to play LASER TAG. Please mark your calendars for Saturday, March 11 at 7:00 p.m. for what is sure to be a very epic night out! Thank you Kristen D. for the idea and organizing this event at the Merrimack Valley Pavilion Family Entertainment Center. Please let me know if you are planning to attend. All are are welcome. It's more funner with friends....
